This video takes a look at the route running threshold of 95 vs 96. It is a well known mechanic that at 96 route running, the receiver begins to make sharper, more precise cuts in and out of his routes. This is generally seen as wanted behavior on routes such as ins, outs, deep posts, and deep crossers. However, 96 route running can actually be a detriment when running routes such as corners, posts, and C-routes. This breakdown looks at the pros and cons of each and tries to help you decide what would be best for your situation!
