How to make Titanium Jerkbait Trace, Leader.
Describes how to make a Titanium Jerkbait Trace. I make my leaders out of 100lb Cahira Nitinol wire. I also detail what terminal tackle i use.
I have used a lighter here to shrink the tubing and taken care not to put direct heat on the wire itself.
You could use steam to shrink the tubing, possibly even more effectively. Whichever you choose be careful not to burn yourselves.
