half-life 2 in virtual reality

Hello, I hope you are well.
I have been playing Half-Life 2 in VR for several weeks.
It is very enjoyable, and I would recommend. Compiled here in some 40-ish minutes are a list of reasons why this is the case.
Apologies if my aiming seems off. VR Desktop output generally captures the right eye, but I am left eyed. The result is either accurate shooting that looks bad, or inaccurate shooting that also looks bad because it is innacurate.
Subtitles were enabled for the first few chapters of HL2, before I realised that they were very intrusive, rendered both in the VR perspective, and on the desktop output. Sorry if it's a little cluttered at some parts.
The recorded HL2VR and the standard HL2 Flat have the same FOV, which makes some things I point out seems a little redundant. I only noticed this after I had started editing. You may have to play it youself to better understand what I mean.
Music has been lifted from Half-Life, Half-Life 2 and Episodes, and the tracks used are listed at the bottom of this little box.
