RECIPE: CHOCOLATE CHILLI FUDGE!

Описание: In this video, I show you how I make my decadent chocolate chilli fudge.

The chocolate brings the sweet, the chilli brings the heat, all rolled into one delicious treat!

This is so easy to make, uses only 3 ingredients and doesn't leave a stack of dishes at the end.

CHOCOLATE CHILLI FUDGE:

2 x 180g (6.3oz) chocolate blocks
*I used dark chocolate for this recipe but feel free to use whatever chocolate you like
1 x 395g (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons chilli powder

METHOD:

1. Break up chocolate and [our condensed milk into a bowl
2. Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes
*If chocolate hasn't melted, heat for further 30 seconds and give a stir. repeat until chocolate is melted.
3. Mix condensed milk and chocolate and then add chilli powder until well combined.
4. Spread into a 9 x 9 inch baking tin lined with baking paper and spray with oil to help paper to stick.
5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm and set.
6. cut into squares, and enjoy!
