Here I put Cafec's roast specific papers to the test.
We are using the same coffee, a natural Castillo from farmer Diafanor Ruiz at La Divisa in Colombia, so we can see how the papers affect the coffee in reality.
The voice over at the start, I'm reading the specs of each paper as written by Cafec.
Honestly, I think these variations on filter papers are not needed and please don't ever try and make a filter coffee from a dark roasted coffee. You won't have a good time.
But as I say at the end of the video, coffee is an opinion based industry and you should try all these things out for yourself.
