One of the coolest things about this theme is how it builds upon the tritone interval (aka the "devil's interval") using G and C#, pronounced "Geh" and "Tsis" in German (I wonder if they got inspired in Wagner's Tristan und Isolde coming up with the concept?). This dissonant interval alone gives a strong sense of tension and unease... perfect for the most evil character in the franchise. Genius!
