In this video we will discuss about wien’s law to describe energy distribution curve for blackbody radiation theoreticaly, wien’s consider the blackbody radiation as a thermodynamic gaseous system & derive a theoretical variation of curve using 1st law of thermodynamics as well as considering the radiation going through adiabatic expansion, he observed that the variation of energy is inversely proportional to 4th power of wavelength, he also assume a function which is added to this theoretical formula and every time we have to find out the value of some constant for a particular wavelength value, so it is purely a amperical relation, this curve can explain the blackbody energy distribution for the lower wavelength range but it shows some deviation for the large wavelengths, here we will also discuss some important questions related to wien’s displacement law and stefan’s law for blackbody radiation, here we will discuss what are the failier of the wien’s law to explain the energy distribution curve theoreticaly, we will discuss the significance of two peeks in the spectrum of moon radiation, we will also calculate the temperature of the moon’s surface, we will also calculate time taken by a body to cool till some temperature,
