Budapest Hungary has the most thermal water springs in Europe with over 100 springs in the city, and over 1,000 in the country! Which makes it the thermal spa/bath capital of Europe. And I was able to visit four of them during my stay. These are some of the most popular between tourists and locals alike, and to which one is the best, you'll have to be the judge because each one offers something a little different.
