Questions like these are impossible to answer definitively, but let's look at some data and see if we can make sense of what the market was doing.
TLDR: I think these are priced properly in the market. There is still upside as well as room for speculations, but I do not think the singles are underappreciated by the market and due for a correction to the "right" levels. But as always, what the hell do I know?
