Welcome to tonights ASMR guided meditation for INSTANT SLEEP 😴 ft my dog, Hector 🐶 !! As we are stepping into the colder, darker months, here in the UK, I thought I would light my fire and guide you through a simple meditation/visualisation I use when I cannot sleep. I will help you focus on your breath, relaxing each muscle to help you let go of any unconscious tension you may be carrying.

Hector had the absolute time of his life... laying in front of the fire is his favourite spot in the entire house and of course getting all the best scatches/strokes/treats in the world. Like me, I definitely think autumn is his favourite season of all! 🍁 💛 🍂
