TATTOO REMOVAL

Tattoo poses a problem in the army, police and paramilitary admissions and some special religious tattoos poses restrictions to work in some countries.

Process involves complete surgical removal of the tattoo and either primary closure of the defect or resurfacing the defect with the skin harvested from the groin area which is closed with sutures and the final scar is hidden beneath the undergarments. The resurfaced area completely takes the skin graft within 3-4 weeks and afterwards there is no evidence of whatever tattoo was there before the surgery. Although the grafted skin does not match the surrounding skin but the various problems leading due to the mere presence of tattoos are eliminated as there is no evidence left for the pre-existing tattoo. The whole surgery is a daycare procedure which is generally undertaken in local anaesthesia. So, no admission is required you can reach the clinic in the morning and be relieved by afternoon same day.
