Would I use a "Through Colour Render" on my own property?

Описание: Softwash support: http://www.benzsoftwash.com A "Through Colour Render" is normally a sand and cement, lime, or silicon based render with added pigment to produce a coloured effect throughout the body of the render.

The coloured pigment is mixed into the Through Colour Render during the manufacturing process.

The downside is that Through Colour Render is susceptible to colonisation by algae and other micro-organisms, which can discolour it. But they are easily treated, removed and maintained once you know how.
