Imagni Kesh III Day 2: Saber Staff Drills. 5 Move Sequences.
Exercise 2min, Rest 30sec.
Let us begin this cardio workout with a 2min warm up followed by a 30-second break. Now, begin the routine by completing the 1st sequence repeatedly for 2 minutes straight. When you are done, take a 30-second break. Next, complete the 2nd sequence repeatedly for 2 minutes straight, followed by another 30-second break. Continue to do this until all 10 sequences are completed.
Lead=Left Hand/Rear=Right Hand
One-Handed Saber Drills
1: Rear Jab Body, Rear High Block, Rear Block Left, Rear Back Hook Body, Lead Side Kick.
2: Lead Jab Body, Lead High Block, Lead Block Right, Lead Back Hook Body, Rear Side Kick.
3: Rear High Block, Rear Block Left, Rear Elbow Jab Body, Lead Jab Body, Lead Hook Body.
4: Lead High Block, Lead Block Right, Lead Elbow Jab Body, Rear Jab Body, Rear Hook Body.
5: Rear Jab Body, Rear Hook Body, Rear Elbow Jab Body, Lead Spin Elbow Jab Body, Lead Back Hook Body.
6: Lead Jab Body, Lead Hook Body, Lead Elbow Jab Body, Rear Spin Elbow Jab Body, Rear Back Hook Body.
7: Rear Jab Body, Lead Front Kick, Rear Spin Elbow Jab Body, Rear Back Hook Body, Rear Jab Body.
8: Lead Jab Body, Rear Front Kick, Lead Spin Elbow Jab Body, Lead Back Hook Body, Lead Jab Body.
9: Rear High Block, Rear Block Right, Rear Jab Body, Lead Front Kick, Rear Spin Back Hook Body.
10: Lead High Block, Lead Block Left, Lead Jab Body, Rear Front Kick, Lead Spin Back Hook Body.
