Meantime, let's take this opportunity for Dan and I to say a warm and heartfelt THANK YOU! to everyone who contributes to helping this calamitous caper creak out of the door most weeks. Now, we will almost certainly have omitted to mention somebody, or indeed many people, and if that’s you, please know that I will wake up around 4am the day after this goes out, remembering with absolute and arresting crystal clarity exactly who you are. To you we offer our humble apologies and humungous gratitude.
