・札幌市白石区「人口21万人の区になります」
・白石区には、JR白石駅と地下鉄白石駅の2つがありますが、こちらには大きな差があります❗

地下鉄白石駅の方が駅前は栄えており、バスや電車の交通網が発達している分、車を持っていなくても生活しやすいエリアになっております。
学生や、単身者での移住には『地下鉄白石駅』周辺をお勧めします♪

JR白石駅の方は、駅は綺麗ですが駅前は栄えておりません。
コンビニが駅前に数件、ビッグハウススーパー、通り沿いの商店がある感じで車を持ってないと不便だと思います。

ただJR側は家賃も割と安いですし、静かな地域で家族で住むには良いんじゃないでしょうか？

地下鉄白石とJR白石駅には一長一短ありますが、そんな街の違いも動画でご覧いただけたら幸いです😀

Shiroishi Subway Station is more prosperous in front of the station, and because of the well-developed transportation network for buses and trains, it is an area where you can live comfortably even if you do not have a car.
We recommend the area around "Subway Shiroishi Station" for students and singles to move in.

At JR Shiroishi Station, the station is beautiful, but the front of the station is not prosperous.
I think it's inconvenient if you don't have a car because there are several convenience stores in front of the station, a big house supermarket, and shops along the street.

However, the rent on the JR side is relatively cheap, and isn't it good for a family to live in a quiet area?

There are advantages and disadvantages between Shiroishi Subway and JR Shiroishi Station, but I hope you can see the difference between the cities in the video 😀
