4 eggs
70 g sugar
150 g rice flour
300 g plums or apples (pitted, sliced)
1 tsp baking powder (gluten-free if needed)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)

📌 Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
2. Beat eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy.
3. Sift rice flour, baking powder. Fold into the egg mixture.
4. Add sliced plums and fold carefully.
5. Pour half the batter into a baking pan.
6. Spread half the plums evenly over the batter.
7. Add the rest of the batter on top.
8. Arrange the remaining plums over the surface.
