In the heart of the Middle Ages, people claimed there were only three languages “worthy” of praising God: Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. But two brother, Cyril and Methodius, refused that idea and did something unthinkable: they gave the people a writing system so the Gospel could reach the heart, without barriers.
In this story, you’ll follow:
the confrontation in Venice and the “war of languages”;
the mission among the Slavic peoples and the birth of an alphabet;
the decisive turning point in Rome—and the price paid for that mission.
In the end, one question remains for us: what “language” does God need to use to truly reach you?
