Khang’s Story – From Nothing to 6 Figures a Month

Khang was born and raised in Vietnam. At the age of 9, he came to America with nothing but the clothes on his back. Life wasn’t easy — he struggled in school, and by 17 he made the tough decision to drop out, knowing college wasn’t the path for him.

At 18, he met his wife Loan, and together they started their journey from humble beginnings. They lived in a small shed behind a mobile home park for 5 years, from ages 18 to 23. During that time, Khang worked as an orthotic grinder making just $8.50 an hour. He worked hard, saved almost everything he could, and waited patiently for the right opportunity.

At 27, he found real estate and started out as a rehabber — fixing and flipping houses. But after a few years, the stress and risk of rehabbing almost cost him everything. That’s when he discovered wholesaling real estate.

In just 7 days, Khang closed his very first wholesale deal and made $28,000. That deal changed his life forever. It was the start of his wholesaling journey.

Fast forward to today — Khang has built the systems, processes, and team to scale his business to 6 figures a month wholesaling real estate 100% virtually.
