VIDEO TLDR AND UPDATES

Unfortunately this year YVR has experienced a lack of snowfall. With warm temperatures seldom falling below freezing, we've been hit with wind, rain and the occasional bout of sunshine. Not only has this impacted my hopes of spotting in the snow, the poor weather has also shown a great impact on my ability to fly - for those who have been enjoying my first flight training video, me deepest apologies for not getting you another one recently.

I know most people love watching planes in the snow as much as I love filming them. So I decided to revive some old footage from February 2025. These weren't originally posted last year alongside my Invictus games video, but I hope that everyone enjoys it the same!

Snowfall in the forecast for tonight, so let's wait and see!

SOME MUCH NEEDED UPDATES
• As I inch closer to the end of my training at Air Canada my videos will become more consistent! So far, I've been battling an intense training program but I couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity! More updates on this soon.
• BALI, JUN 2026! This trip is completely unrelated to aviation... rather some much needed me time, but I have worked in some time to visit Denpasar DPS and capture some footage from the other side of the world! Stay tuned

The Story of YVRgopher
YVRgopher originally started as a school math project in May, 2020. Over the course of the pandemic, plane spotting has become a passion and a hobby of mine. Each video I make is filmed and edited with excitement as well as dedication. My goal is to create a video that connects me with people who are like me and who have the same passion as I do.
