Ground up pork shoulder, seasoned with Hardcore Carnivore Red, grilled over charcoal on the Big Green Egg and finished with Lillies's Q Carolina sauce.
Came out delicious! It’s one of those things where you can keep the patties in the freezer and just pop them out when you want one. So good!!
