-- ENG -- Approaching his 78th birthday, British artist Graham Bonnet, who rose to fame in 1968 as part of the duo THE MARBLES (and their hit "Only One Woman," which reached number five in the UK and was composed by THE BEE GEES), and later joined the ranks of legendary groups such as RAINBOW, MICHAEL SCHENKER (MSG), ALCATRAZZ, IMPELLITERI, and BLACKTHORNE, is insatiable and seems to have no intention of stopping. A true powerhouse, he still continues his work with ALCATRAZZ and GRAHAM BONNET BAND, which includes Conrado Pesinato on guitar, the driving bass of Beth-Ami Heavenstone, the keyboards of Alessandro Bertoni, and the drums of Francis Cassol, a potential Cozy Powell ! Without a doubt, we are dealing with a true rock 'n' roll Robocop at the peak of his powers. Having just returned from an English tour where he played the entirety of Assault Attack, MSG's third album released in 1982, he offers us here an impressive new live album simply titled Lost In Hollywood Again, recorded on August 29, 2024, on the legendary stage of the Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles (USA), and celebrating the cult album Down To Earth, recorded with Rainbow in 1979. A true homage to a bygone era that blends nostalgia with the modernity of our century, it is above all a vibrant testament to hard rock that still captures the full vocal power of the British singer and the galvanizing camaraderie of the Graham Bonnet Band. While we await a new studio recording for 2026 that promises to hold many surprises, Graham Bonnet, accompanied by Beth-Ami Heavenstone, the charming bassist and manager, tell us more about their career, their encounters, and even generously offer us a few little scoops about his upcoming album scheduled for next year!
