Motorhome buyers in Australia are generally spoilt for choice, with everything from more affordable Kombi-style campers to money-no-object, family off-road mega-motorhomes available on the market.

But now there’s something completely different: a 40ft long, six-berth, triple slide-out luxury motorhome based on a big-rig prime mover, with huge off-grid capacity, trick toy-hauling capability and five-star apartment-style accommodation.

Australia's first Kenworth truck Dreamliner motorhome is a million dollar apartment on wheels, with a few luxury yacht touches thrown in like the flush tinted windows and triple slide-outs that open up the main living area with its upmarket kitchen, sofa bed and café dinette.

There’s also a large ensuite with waterfall showerhead, and a rear master bedroom that can double as a garage space, thanks to a race car-style transporter lift mounted at the back.

Everything is ‘big’ on the Kenworth motorhome, from the 13.0-litre turbo-diesel engine pumping out a whopping 2500Nm of torque to the massive marine-grade generator powering all the luxury domestic appliances.
