The Mini Column & Boom System enables circumferential welding
of pipe elements, flanges, and fittings such as elbows and tees.
Its modular design ensures versatile use and easy configuration
of system components for a wide range of welding applications.
Depending on the application, the Mini Column & Boom System can be set up in either a basic or advanced configuration by selecting from the following components:
• Torch stand
• Linear oscillator
• Power supply unit
• Motorised vertical slide
• Seam tracking attachment
• Remote control pendant
• Remote control cables
Features & Benefits:
Ergonomic remote control pendant with LCD display and clearly marked knobs for quick, intuitive adjustment of welding parameters — no need to lift the welding hood.
Seam tracking system with motorised vertical slide ensures active torch position compensation (vertical and horizontal), with or without oscillation, for consistently high-quality welds.
Multiple oscillation patterns: straight, triangular, and trapezoidal for versatile welding applications.
