Tamil Nadu Elections: DMK issues list of candidates, opposition alleges dynastic politics

Описание: DMK has issued a list of 173 candidates who will contest the upcoming Tamil Nadu elections. DMK Chief Stalin will once again contest from Kolathur while his son Udaynidhi will fight from Chepauk. The Party will be fielding candidates in 186 out of 200 Assembly seats.

The opposition is continuously blaming the DMK for dynasty politics. The DMK has released a list of 173 candidates among which around 4 candidates have been a part of the dynasty. Although UdayNidhi Stalin tried to downplay the attack and stated that ‘this is not dynasty politics, I am just getting a chance to meet the people.
