Week 7 brings some big reflections as I’m finally back home in sunny Spain after 11 days in Cardiff.

In this week’s update, I’m diving into the deeper questions that come with this medication: Is the trade-off worth it? The food noise is gone, I’m getting slimmer, and my health is improving - but I’m grappling with whether I can accept never experiencing real food pleasure again. It’s a complex emotional journey that goes beyond just the numbers on the scale.

I’m also being honest about something I’ve been avoiding - it’s time to seriously think about incorporating exercise into this journey. Plus, I’m treating myself to a beautiful pool day in this glorious Spanish weather!
