BREATHWORK FOR DEEP HEALING + ENERGY CLEARING

Breathwork was the key that changed everything for me, and healed things that years of therapy could not.

I'm not saying that therapy was useless (it wasn't at all for me) but adding breathwork in changed my whole life in a dramatic way.

This led me to learn from David Elliott and he pushed me to combine therapy + breathwork together in my sessions.

I have seen this CUT THE WORK IN HALF (if not much faster) and the vast majority of my clients add breathwork into our sessions.

We are living in urgent times, and don't have years to spend in therapy anymore. Breathwork is vital.

Especially for sexual abuse and trauma, breathwork is a KEY modality to clear from the darker energy.

The style that I'm trained in is more of a shamanic style that gets you into an altered state, we breathe for about 25-35 minutes. It shifts you out of the mind and into the heart, body and soul.

I call it my bridge to God and it is one of my #1 spiritual practices.

Breath and Spirit are one and the same and this is a way to invite God into the body.

It is a form of Divine Union and a way to spiritualize the vessel.

I have gotten major downloads and healing from this modality and my clients share the same.
