Enjoyed a wonderful day of flying after Kite Party 21, Djuice ST quad line kite on 75ft 90# lines in approx 4-5 mph. Even though it's priced as a beginner / intermediate kite, clearly it has no problems keeping up with my hands - absolutely my second favorite quad line kite, second only to the Djinn.
