Honolulu officials responded to a fatal shark attack that claimed the life of a city lifeguard just before 1 p.m. on Sunday, on Oahu's North Shore.
According to officials, 49-year-old Perry was found by a surfer with multiple apparent shark bites in waters off Malaekahana.
