This is a look inside the world of being a drug runner for the cartels. They risk their lives and freedom to make some quick cash. This guy was showing extreme signs of nervousness according to the arresting officer.
People often comment on the 'consent to search' stuff and ask how the police are able to search these vehicles. In this case it's easy, the officer asked for consent and both the driver and passenger gave it to him. You DO NOT have to give them consent to search, any lawyer would tell you to say no regardless of what you have in the car. If you refuse consent to search, they must obtain a warrant or have probably cause to search your vehicle lawfully. Your refusal to consent cannot be used against you in a court of law.
After being arrested the suspect was released on bail the following day with a promise to show up to his court dates. He never showed up to a single court date and the judge has issued a warrant for his arrest. He remains a fugitive.
