How to treat orchid with Erwinia Bacterial Soft Rot

I lost about 10 orchids because of Erwinia Bacterial Soft Rot this summer during the heat wave. I would like to show you what it looks like so you know you need to remove the infected plant when you first discover the symptom.
The bacteria are characterized as slimy, mushy, foul odor often likened to dead fish . The pseudobulb or leaf may have a water soaked appearance. The infected parts turn soft and yellowish in color.
The bacteria are opportunistic organisms that can enter through wounds. They can spread pretty easily by splashing water or insects. You need to quarantine the sick one right away. I think the reason I lost so many is because I didn't quarantine the first one immediately, and then insects spread the bacteria among the plants.
I used Physan 20 solution to treat some of my infected orchids. (Use: 1 Tablespoon PHYSAN 20 per gallon of water.) The orchid in this video is getting the 2nd treatment. I hope it will work this time.
