Описание: A timid start in race 1A at Lime Rock resulted in being bumped down to group B for race 2, despite a P19/30 finish. I had strong pace so my only goal was to stay in the top 5 and get back into A-group for the rest of the weekend. When the polesitting Corvette (he chose outside) lost power at the start, this gutless Miata miraculously won the drag race to T1, and the race was suddenly mine to lose. There's not too much going on through the windshield, but the FRS behind had enough pace that I was still feeling pressure. I knew Andy would get through traffic better than me, so I was running 10/10ths the entire race to build a gap.
