Here’s how to make Hummus with Bell pepper and Chickpea without using a Food Processor. Taste better than store -bought, a healthy hummus recipe you will love!!
INGRIDENTS:
HUMMUS
1 Can of Chickpea
1 Roast Bell Pepper
3 Roast Garlic Cloves
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Peanut Butter
1/2 Freshly Squeezed Lemon
1/4 Cup Cold Water
1/2 Teaspoon Cayeene Pepper
ENJOY!!
ROAST BELL PEPPERS AND GARLIC CLOVES FOR 15 MINUTES
(PLEASE KEEP HUMMUS REFRIGERATED)
TOPPINGS:
1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
Roasted Finely chopped Bell Peppers
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
ENJOY WITH:
-CRACKERS
-VEGGIES SUCH AS:CARROTS, CERELY , CARROTS, CUCUMBERS ECT..
-PITA BREAD
TIPS:
-If you don’t have tahini substitute for peanut butter!
-Please Ensure to finely chop Bell Peppers if you’re using a Blender
