Historic weather event across the plains caused havoc with extreme winds and the worst fire conditions ever recorded in numerous locations.
Rare drone video over wildfire in Guymon, Ok with no Temporary Flight Restrictions due to high winds preventing aircraft from assissting with fire. This event could prove to be the worst wildfire event in history of the plains with many wildfires still burning.
Drone shots up close including large flames, fire whirls, wide shots, fire crews making lines with farm equipment and trying to put out fires under a red sun from the wildfire smoke. Residents of Guymon, Ok were evacuated on the West side of town including shoppers inside a local Wal-Mart.
