This is my first attempt at Fanless HTPC. it's a DIY project made in 2014 and it still works great. So I decided to show you a homemade custom fanless case and share experiences.
configuration:
CPU: AMD Kabini Athlon 5350, 2.05 GHz, cores 4, TDP 25W
MB: mini ITX ASRock AM1H-ITX
RAM: Kingston 8GB
SSD: Intel 120GB
PSU: external 65W
