Teignmouth gets another battering, this time from storm Chandra.
After the pounding from storm Ingrid 2 days ago which swept away the end part of the Grand Victorian pier at Teignmouth and did serious damage to the rest , along with smashed walls and beach huts and lifted paving slabs on the seafront.
The promenade as always will be rebuilt but will the rest of the pier survive this year?
I have serious doubts it will.
