George Brind reads today’s story, “Thomas and Gordon”, taken from the second “Railway Series” book, “Thomas the Tank Engine”, written by his reverence Wilbert Awdry and illustrated by C. Reginald Dalby.

Thomas, a station pilot, continually teases Gordon the Big Engine about working hard, and it isn’t long before Gordon finds a way to pay him out.

“Sodor Railway Tales” is a series made by T&G Company, adapted from the famous “Railway Series” written from 1945 – 2011 by his reverence, Wilbert Awdry and his son, Christopher.
