As I get older I feel my time is more precious and when that time gets wasted on doing good deeds that seem to go unappreciated I wonder if it's worth doing. Obviously there are more good than bad incidents but the bad are often the ones that stick in your head.
Please leave a comment and reassure me that becoming that hard person who doesn't help people is the route I should avoid.
