Описание: Front punch kick. Start by lifting the back leg and pulling the knee as high as possible, aim the bottom of the toes or ball of the foot to the target and then push or drop the knee as the foot moves straight away from the body and to the target. Toes should be pointing straight up to the ceiling and pulled back as the ball of the foot is pushed forward. Hold your balance for a second then place your foot back on the ground. Do not drop your foot.
