Описание: Islam teaches the establishment of a pure and modest society. Zina (adultery/fornication) is regarded as one of the gravest sins in Islam because it not only destroys an individual’s character but also damages the family system and disrupts social peace. In the Holy Qur’an, Allah Almighty says: “And do not go near zina; surely it is an immoral act and an evil way.” This verse clearly shows that Islam commands people to avoid not only zina itself, but also all the means and paths that lead to it.
As a result of zina, immorality spreads, lineage becomes confused, trust is lost, and society falls into corruption. Therefore, Shariah has strongly emphasized making nikah (marriage) easy as a means of protection from such evils. Likewise, from a Shariah perspective, there is no prohibition on arranging the marriage of a biologically mature boy and girl under the age of 18. Enacting laws that completely forbid this is clearly against Shariah, and such legislation deserves strong condemnation.
