এই মিষ্টি দইয়ের রেসিপি কোন রেস্টুরেন্টের তা আমি ঠিক জানিনা তবে এটা একজন শেফ ৪-৫ বছর আগে একটা গ্রুপে লাইভে দেখিয়েছিল কিন্তু উনি নামটা পাবলিকলি বলতে চান নি। তখন আমি নোট করে রেখেছিলাম রেসিপিটা কিন্তু কখনো বানানো হয়নি। কিন্তু কিছুদিন ধরে এটা প্রতিদিন আমার বাসায় বানাতেই হয় বাচ্চারা এত বেশি পছন্দ করেছে বলার বাইরে। মিষ্টি দইয়ের চাহিদা সবসময়ই থাকে আর রেসিপি হাজার থাকলেও মানুষ আরও জানতে চায়। আমি আশা করব এই মিষ্টি দইয়ের রেসিপিটা আপনাদের মনে ধরবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।

উপকরন:
Water: 100ml or (1/3 cup+1.5tbsp water)
Milk powder: 25g or (3tb+1tsp, almost ¼ cup)
Condensed milk: 250g or 3/4 cup
Yogurt: 250g or 1cup
Cream: 125g or (1/2 cup +1tsp)

Baking:
*Water bath method
*60-100°c for 20-30mins, depend on bowl size.

20min 50-100°c on a preheated oven and switch off when you see sides are solid and middle still jiggly. Switch off oven and leave for another 20mins-2hr or until cool down a bit. Then refrigerate and serve chill.
