It was a delegate balance to ensure that we avoid contact, but still be able to utilize the lift. This required maneuvering the lift into a tight set up And using spotters to ensure you stayed at least 2 feet away from the service wires. Ultimately I had to climb out of the lift and work from the tree, which would not have occurred if we had the 92 foot lift. Our Dino lift 72RXT has a side reach of 39 feet. The Dino lift 92RXT has a side reach of 52 feet. There have been many occasions where that 13 feet would’ve made the difference, this was one of them. We are in the process of upgrading to the 92 RXT.
