It’s a cloudy Monday morning here — the perfect vibe to get a few things done and ease into a productive day.

Today, we’re going to study together for 4 hours. After every 50 minutes, we’ll take a 10-minute break to relax and recharge a little. ⏳📚

I’ll be spending the time summarizing a few topics into flashcards and organizing some things that have been on my list for a while.

I study medicine and psychology. As a result, I always have something to learn and know how challenging it can be to stay motivated while studying.🧠🩺👩‍🎓

I'm a big fan of the Pomodoro technique, especially during stressful exam periods. This technique involves alternating 50-minute work sessions with 10-minute breaks. This helps me to concentrate fully while studying and to relax completely during the breaks.📚🤓
