If you have taken the Access Conscious Bars Class with me and you are still unsure if or how you can run Bars on yourself….this is for you!!
In this video I am sharing how I do it. I usually lay down, anyhow for the matter of sharing with you, sitting up was just easier ;) Be inventive, be playful and find out what works for you. This is not a class, I am just sharing what works for me. If you would like to learn more or repeat the Bars course, you can find a Bars-facilitator on the access website posted below.
Acces Bars are such a great tool that I really appreciate in my life.
