Описание: Garmo Instruments presents GarLine, the brand-new family of unique, simple and technically sophisticated seam tracking sensors. We will boost your business productivity thanks to:
● Sensors’ 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 in cobots, PLCs and other traditional welding systems. The new GarLine sensors are designed to ensure fast and easy integration in any welding device, cobots and PLCs It’s the first time, when only one wire is required for a complete integration. No more computers, nor other devices needed. Just a POE switch injector;
● Their 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲 and 𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 thanks to the connection system, adapted to the new IoT Technology, avoiding any additional devices. GarLine’s POE switch injector supports most of TPC/IP protocols;
● Their 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: GarLine sensors surpass the IP67 insulation grade and successfully performs in a -10ºC / 60ºC range and in TIG welding processes. Its original design (with materials for aerospace use) ensures an optimal EMI isolation;
●GarLine’s 𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 and 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 of 4 parallel processes 4Gb of RAM computes the corrections at 45 images per second in full resolution. Plus, GarLine sensors include an innovative feature for dynamic adaptation of sensor and laser parameters between frames, correcting reflection problems in applications with varying material surface conditions; and
●Sensors’ 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 . GarLine sensors feature disposable, quickly replaceable and waterproof protective interior windows which protect sensor from dust, spatter and other wastes resulting from welding. Besides, GarLine sensors also include ARC Swiss mounting plate with an integrated cooling system, that grants a rapid and easy sensor installation and switching.

The #welding process combining cobot with sensor allows total portability in the workshop. It is not necessary for the clamping and support elements to be related to the cobot. GarLine sensors are designed to ease fixation to the mounting plate. This also simplifies sensor cleansing. The sensors include several disposable and quickly replaceable frontal protective windows. Moreover, the standard universal wire simplifies sensor replacement in case of breakdown… In other words, life and work made easier!
