Weird halo infinite FPS glitch? Shorts ver.

Описание: Just a weird little glitch that I found (if it even is a glitch). I’ve never noticed it do this before between 60 FPS and 30 FPS when I played on an Xbox one X and even after I speed ran it on an Xbox series X.
