♡Subliminals are audios with hidden messages that are meant for the subconscious to hear, meaning that you cannot clearly hear them with your conscious mind. These kinds of audios work on the same principles as hypnosis. Different subliminals may work for different people, and results usually dont show immediately.
♡Other than the fact that obsessing over parts of yourself that you want to change/adjust is unhealthy as a whole, it can also limit your beliefs and basically undo what the subliminal is trying to do.
♡It isn't necessary to get tingles when you listen to subliminals. If you do, that's great but not getting them doesn't mean they don't work. Not only do different subliminals work for different people, they also work differently.
♡Whether you're using headphones or not doesn't affect how the subs work, and neither does your fluency in english.
Subliminals might not work immediately because it takes your subconscious mind some time to form habits and process them, so like I mentioned before, don't obsess over results.
♡At the end of the day, subliminals are more of a push towards your ideal, and cant create miracles or heal any illnesses. Subliminals are not replacements for medical help or treatment.
♡As for listening habits, I would recommend making playlists, and listening to it as many times as you please; I don't recommend listening to the point where you get headaches and migraines, damaging your health isn't a risk worth taking at all!!
