Build your own Task Board or Tracker!

Описание: Issues with Planner? Make your own custom task board! In this video, we create our own task management system with Microsoft Lists (a.k.a. SharePoint Lists). That includes a board view, added custom fields, buckets, assignees, and actual vs estimated effort hours. We can also export to Excel or connect Power BI directly to the data source, set alerts on all tasks or specific items, automatically log the completion date, and get a full version history for what changes are happening on the task.

The concepts in this video are very extensible, so while this is an approach for creating a task list, you could also use very similar techniques for any kind of “tracker”, tickets, issues, and so on.
