Community Update – Westwood Village: The detached homes in Phase 1 are nearing completion with closings occurring between now and the end of the summer. Townhomes in Phase 1 are quickly wrapping up exterior cladding. Framing and cladding activity for the Phase 2 homes is in progress as we begin to schedule closings beginning this summer.
