It takes inspiration from the Dark N' Stormy cocktail, swapping out the dark rum for Angostura Bitters. This gives it a nuanced flavour with the bitters and rum combined, balanced by the lime and sugar. Try it out, and let me know what you think.

DEAD WEIGHT

2 oz/60 ml White Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lime Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup
2-3 oz/60-90 ml Ginger Beer
6-8 Dashes Angostura Bitters

METHOD

1. Add the first three ingredients into a shaker.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3. Pour into an ice filled Highball glass.
4. Add the Ginger Beer.
5. Top with bitters.
6. Garnish with a lime wedge.

.5 oz/15 ml Orange Juice
1.5 oz/45 ml Peach Juice
1.5 oz/45 ml Mango Juice

METHOD

1. Add the juices to a mixing glass and stir.
