Our cats Mella & Maia tried a catnip ball and I instantly broke the plastic holder thingy.
Maia really loved playing with that little catnip ball, as she was rolling around with it and licking it. She definitely had a nice catnip reaction. Her sister Mella, on the other hand, gave it a few pounces and then left.
I managed to fix the ball back to its holder more or less and we will see if our cats will get it off again. The wall mount part breaks easily, so I'm not sure if we will buy a new one, but catnip balls are always fun!
Anyway, it's a nice addition to their play activities and a good cat enrichment idea. Have you tried one with your feline friend?
